Baby Booties

How sweet are these little slippers? When Barnes was a little tater tot, he lived in some slippers like these. They are wonderful in the fall and winter for a baby whose tootsies may get cold! They come in pink and blue. These sweet little guys cost $16.

Market Gifts for You

Here are some gifts that I think are perfect for weddings, showers, hostess gifts or for Christmas. You know you have some friends and co-workers that will be in need! Here are some choices!

Please know that the green showed up a funny color in this picture on the linen hand towel - it's really pretty in color with a green monogram, it will look dynamite! These are $18 each.

The coasters come in sets of four and they are $25.

One Lucky Baby

Look at this baby's loot! My oh my is he one lucky duck!! ... and isn't the "BOO!" too cute?!

Lately, I have had some orders that are for a layette and two burp cloths. (this is the picture of all the little girl things). I was talking tonight with Lindsey and we think (as Mom's) that this is a GREAT gift!! Our boys seriously went through some burp cloths and you just can't beat a layette! I just thought I would pass that pearl along!

Swaddle Me!

Do you swaddle your baby? Barnes loved a good swaddle and slept best this way. I'll be honest, Mrs. Trott (Doopsie) is THE BEST swaddler I know!!
To simplify things, these great swaddle wrap blankets with velcro were invented. They make it fool-proof. Here's a cute idea for a baby - personalize your swaddle!!
Sweet Dreams!
p.s. The swaddles with the velcro can be found most anywhere - Target, Storkland, Toys R Us, etc.

Pillowcase Romper

I love these ... I had to get a pattern and make one. Hope you like it too!! :)

Baby Romper

Here is a romper I just recently made for my sweet niece, Mary Clark. I just had to share it! You can't really see it well, but the fabric is so pretty and sweet. Once I get a picture of my little model, I'll share it with you!

And coming soon ... a pillowcase romper for this sweet angel!

Play Rompers

I have some of these in stock if anyone is interested!! I had the one with Barnes' name and cupcake made for his one year birthday (this was pre-machine!). I put him in it when he first woke up and then at the end of the day (when all smocked outfits were spent and cake-covered) opening gifts. The other one is for our buddy, Hubb.

I can either do a monogram or an applique or both on there! Let me know if you want one. They are $18 with monogram and start at $18 for the applique. They come in sizes 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. Here's to lazy Saturday's loungin' around the house!

Baby Shower

I have a friend who is giving a baby shower and this idea was GENIUS. She is having the mommies-to-be and the guests over for lunch and the napkins are burp cloths with the baby's initials on them. We only knew the sex of one baby and we only know the last names, but we made it work! How cute is this?! Great idea, Anna!

Shall we dine?

I thought this wedding gift was just too good not to share. It is placemats!! They are so pretty - a simple ivory and the couple's monogram is in the center. I think they are wonderful and I think the bride will love them! Bon apetit!!

Backpacks

The love of Barnes' life is going to "school" soon, so I thought I would give her a backpack! The baby boys in my family all have backpacks and us Mommies LOVE them. They are easy to pack, easy to carry and super cute!
Happy (almost) school time!

Boys' Fonts

I have been posting so much lately for little girls. I thought I would let you all see that yes, I do have fonts for little boys! Here are two bibs I did for a sweet friend who just had a baby boy! I did a burp cloth just for a "happy"! And I stuck a little bath toy in it ... just a thought gift!

Gearing up for the Holidays!

There is going to be one lucky little boy this holiday season. Coleman is getting all of these onesies and the blanket underneath is his that I put his monogram on (... the lighting is bad, sorry it looks so faint).
Summer sales abound in our stores... out with the old and in with the new! So, gear up for the Holidays!
Please do note that to the right, I have added a slideshow that will go through pictures of all of my appliques. I have some cute ones for the holidays!!!

Layettes

I used to love to put Barnes in a layette - it was soft, the hand-covers kept him from looking like Scarface and it was super-easy to change his diaper! So, I have ordered some for you all! Here are pictures of two that I have done for babies that are almost here! The rocking horse is for a baby we don't know boy or girl yet.
The layettes are $22 each. Please let me know if you want one for your baby or for a gift! They are 100% cotton and come in sizes 0-3 mths, 3-6 mths and 6-12 mths. Sweet dreams!

The Beach and The Dorm

his and hers

love the shoulder straps

When I was going to college, my aunt gave me a towel wrap - it was white with my pink monogram. I wore it every day and it is still hanging proudly in my bathroom.

When we got married, I got everything BUT a beach towel with my new monogram! I didn't want to go on a girl's trip at the beach unarmed, so I bought one myself!

These are two GREAT gifts and they last! So, here's to lookin' good while getting dry!
